Fee structure is 3% of the estimated fixed salary upfront as a refundable deposit, with the remainder of the fee due upon, and de pendent upon a successful placement of a candidate

A broader and more customised approach is agreed and executed in order to best access the most relevant candidates, in line with the specific requirement, culture, and industry of the client

Presented candidates are exclusive to one client until the client decides during the search period. We do not represent candidates for more than one assignment concurrently

We work on a low number of roles at any given time. Our priority is to achieve the highest possible ratio of successfully placed assignments over and above number of placements

Conducts a deeper search approach with wider outreach and methods whilst accommodating the clients time constraints. For most roles we aim to present the initial shortlist within a 2 week period and continuously thereafter for the duration of a mandate, until a candidate is hired

Typical fee structure is 1/3 to commence search, 1/3 30 days later and the final 1/3 upon successful placement. Typically, all portions are non-refundable, and some firms charge the full amount regardless of a successful placement
